Here's the detailed measurement for you to pick your size. For mid-sizes, we recommend to go one size bigger. After all, you can never be too comfortable for bedtime.

If you need a reference, follow the measurements of a comfortable cotton t-shirt that you enjoy wearing to bed. 

Finally, the Equilibrium re-engineered silk is made to complement the lifestyle of the modern man and woman. Unlike traditional silk, there is not need to dry clean or hand wash. 

Just drop it in the washing machine (gentle cycle will be a plus but not required) and then lay flat or hang dry. The lightweight material usually dries in a day.
